I was a Real Estate virgin until Marni. I wanted to dive right into buying a home when I met her, but she urged me to wait and get a Real Estate education first. Those words may have come to haunt her because it ended up taking us a year and a half for me to find a home! Nevertheless, throughout it all, Marni had patience (a virtue I don’t have) and guidance.
