My daughter and I have worked with Marni from both sides of the Atlantic to identify suitable property in Toronto. It was most advantageous to work with a real estate agent who thoroughly knew her market in Toronto but understood how the thought processes we had as English buyers. Marni gave excellent advice to my daughter on the suitability of various locations within the neighbourhood which matched specifically where my daughter wanted to search most. Her knowledge not just of areas and streets but individual buildings was vast enabling her to only show properties which exactly matched our requirements (unlike several other Toronto real estate agents we had previously tried).
